Question about German phone bill?

I am in the military and I am moving back to the states from Germany, I received a bill from the phone compay here deutsche telekom. There is a section that says "Sonstige Leistungen des Konzerns Deutsche Telekom" "Ablösebetrag Umzug ins Ausland" , and then a charge in euros after that, what is this asking me to pay for? I already paid a final bill with them and do not understand what this further bill is for. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

It is a fee you get charged since you cancell a contract previously to its original elapsing time.
